Dear Katie, Lynn, and Family, I only got to meet Alan a couple of times back in Katie's Jesuit years, but glad to have had the chance. From all accounts he must have been a wonderful husband and father, and I am sure you're missing him and saddened by his absence. Luckily he left a large family for each of you to cling to and remember all the wonderful things that made him who he was. He and all of you are in my prayers. Mary Terry
